PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to recognize unrecognizable content data by restoring the data concerning writable disk of which the recording processing is forcibly ended and the data structure is made incomplete. SOLUTION: The disk data restoring device comprises an incomplete VOBS acquisition part 101 for extracting a VOBS containing a VOB#+1 in an incomplete recorded state from a write-once disk 110; a VOB boundary detection part 102 and an address information detection part 103 for extracting VOB boundary information and address information from the extracted VOBS, respectively; a management information generation part 105 and a management information recording part 106 for generating and recording management information VTSI#i corresponding to VOB#1 to VOB#m with complete data from the extracted VOBS; a management information generation part 107 and a management information recording part 109 for generating and recording management information VTSI#i+1 corresponding to the VOB#m+1; and a final VOB recording part 108 for restoring the VOB#m+1 and recording it as VOB#1ÐVOBS#i+1.
