PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device miniaturized not to require an additional facility such as a motor, a cylinder, etc. as a driving source of an abrasive covered tape feeding mechanism to feed an abrasive covered tape by a predetermined length. SOLUTION: A comparatively rigid head end surface 4 of a shoe assembly body 5 pressurizes a surface 3 of a work piece 2 through a tape 1 when the shoe assembly body 5 moves outward by a moving device 11, a moving axis 10 is pushed by a shoe assembly body end part 5' and moves against a spring 10b, tape take-up feeding shafts 43a, 43b and a tape take-up holder 8 are respectively rotated through a first spline 12 provided on a moving axis 11, a first gear 14 to be engaged with a second spline 13 and a second gear 15, and the tape 1 is taken up on the tape take-up holder 8 after the tape is taken up and fed by the predetermined length by the tape take-up shafts 43a, 43b.
