PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell battery pack appropriately responding when the cell battery pack is charged in a undesignated charger. SOLUTION: The cell voltage when the battery pack is charged by the charger and the cell voltage stored before hand to a stored information part in the cell battery pack, and the cell voltage when charged by being attached to an information equipment main body, are compared. When the difference in the voltage exceeds a specified value, determination is made that charging is carried out by an undesignated charger, indication is made on an indicator of the information equipment, a user is alarmed and the cell battery pack cannot be charged after a specified number of times is passed.
