PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging display device which improves convenience, operability, and visibility while allowing imaging in a free way of taking and with a free imaging posture. SOLUTION: The imaging display device includes a main body 2 provided with a first imaging part including an imaging lens 1, a display part 3 provided on the main body 2 so as to be freely folded through a hinge mechanism, a turning body 4 turnably attached to the main body 2, and a second imaging part including an imaging lens 5, and operation parts such as a track ball 6 and a cross button 7, and the second imaging part and the operation parts are arranged in the turning body 4 so as to be turned to opposite directions. Since the second imaging part is turnably attached to the main body 2, use of the second imaging part allows imaging with a free imaging posture, in a free way of taking, and at a free imaging angle.
