PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately correct attenuation with a reduced computation quantity, without worsening an S/N ratio of a data. SOLUTION: Concurrent incident events of aγ-ray in a multi-ring detector 10 are detected by a concurrent count data collector 13, while moving a subject 20 with respect to the multi-ring detector 10, by moving a head 21 by a head device 22, data are collected in every cynogram in a data collection memory 14, the collected data are added as to the overlapped cynograms on a real time basis, an attenuation correction factor corresponding to a period of the executed addition is calculated in every addition-finished cynogram group by an attenuation correction device 15, and the attenuation correction factor is made to act on the cynogram group in the attenuation correction device 15 to correct the attenuation.
