PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press a pin into any kind of roller bearing cage in an easily adaptable manner while quickly and accurately pressing the pin into an annular side plate of the roller bearing cage. SOLUTION: In this roller bearing cage assembling device 10, a pin press-in mechanism 30 is provided separately from a work residing plate 20. It can be horizontally aligned to the work residing plate 20 with the movement of a base 32 following the rotation of a caster 31 while adjusting the heights and angles of an upper side press-in tool 39 and a lower side press-in tool 42 to the annular side plates 2, 3, respectively, on the work residing plate 20 with a C-shaped block 35 being moved up and down by a shifter 44 and rocked around an axis 36.
