PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web travelling direction changing device capable of stably changing direction without generating wrinkles in a web to be continuously conveyed by reducing fluctuation of tensile force when changing travelling direction. SOLUTION: This web travelling direction changing device is provided with four bar-like members 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d, which are arranged along oblique sides formed by each of oblique sides when a pair of virtual right isosceles triangles are arranged so that the bottom sides 12a are opposite to each other or arranged along four sides 12b crossing the extension of the oblique sides, a web conveying belt 14 wound around the four bar-like members 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d and moved endlessly for rotation so that the center line C draws recutangular shape, and a driving means 16 for driving the web conveying belt 14 for rotation. In the condition wherein the web 11 to be continuously fed is placed on a conveying surface 14a of the web conveying belt 14, the web 11 is bent by at least one of the bar-like members 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d to change travelling direction Y of the web 11.
