PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution enclosure for enclosing a solution consisting of a solute dissolved in a volatile solvent which retains sufficiently mixed conditions of the solute and solvent even when leaving the opening open for a long time and causing no evaporation of the solvent. SOLUTION: The enclosure has a tank 12 enclosing a solution 61 consisting of a solute(s) dissolved in a volatile solvent, passages 15A-15C and 21 formed so that the solution 61 is circulated with the tank 12 as the starting and the end point, a circulation pump 41 circulating the solution 61 through the passages 15A-15C and 21 and a Peltier element 31 cooling parts of the passages 15A-15C.
