PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture regulating member for reliably preventing re-puncture in a puncturing apparatus. SOLUTION: The puncture regulating member 11A is used by attachment to the puncturing apparatus 1 which includes: a puncturing apparatus body 10; a plunger 5 on which a puncture needle 23 is mounted and which can be displaced between a stand-by position where preparation to stick the puncture needle 23 into the surface of a living body is performed and a puncturing position where the puncture is performed; and a set operation part 8 which is arranged in the puncturing apparatus body 10, is relatively moved with respect to the puncturing apparatus body 10, and is operated to return the plunger 5 to the stand-by position after the puncture.
