PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable inner pressure regulating device capable of surely closing an opening. SOLUTION: A body 11 of this inner pressure regulating device 1 is provided with the opening 12 communicating the inside with the outside of an endoscope and the inside of the body 11 is provided with a rotor 13 rotatable relative to the body 11 and a valve element 15 opening/closing the opening 12 from the interior part side of the body 11. The rotation of the rotor 13 and the movement of the valve element 15 are constituted to be interlocked with each other. This inner pressure regulating device is so constituted that the rotor 13 is rotated in one rotating direction, the valve element 15 is moved to the opening to close the opening 12, the rotor 13 is rotated in the other rotating direction and the valve element 15 is moved to the interior side of the body 11 to open the opening 12.
