PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector for a dental work which is excellent in workability, is convenient to be housed, can easily perform the cutting/grinding work of a dentiform and prosthesis, can easily perform the cutting/grinding work even at their very small parts, does not spatter the prosthesis, can prevent from being lost, does not hinder another dental work while performing the cutting/grinding work, can easily view hand works, and can perform the cutting/grinding work of the dentiform and the prosthesis even in the state of being placed around the neck. SOLUTION: At least an upper surface part 1a of a shield object 1 where both of the lateral sides and the rear sides of a work space S are opened is made to be transparent, a suction pipe 2 is fitted to a front surface part 1b, and a magnetic object 3 is fixed to a bottom surface part 1c.
