<p>A layered film which comprises a thermoplastic resin film and, superposed on at least one side thereof, an overlay film formed from a composition (A), an epoxy crosslinking agent (B), and an acrylic resin (C) having a C<SUB>18-25</SUB> alkyl chain, characterized in that the composition (A) is a composition comprising polythiophene and polyanions and/or a composition comprising a polythiophene derivative and polyanions and the resin (C) is contained in the overlay film in an amount of 15-100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the sum of the composition (A) and the crosslinking agent (B) and/or a product of the reaction of these, that at least one side of the layered film has a three-dimensional center-line average surface roughness (SRa) of 3-50 nm, and that the number of foreign particles having an average particle diameter of 100 µm or larger contained in the layered film is less than 10 per m<SUP>2</SUP>. The layered film is excellent in conductivity, release properties, and water resistance; these properties are on high levels which have not been attained. It is inhibited from suffering oligomer migration upon heating.</p> |
