PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a pulse rate precisely with a hand lowered.

SOLUTION: A band for attaching a pulse rate sensor has a first band 100 for setting the pulse rate sensor 60 on a finger Y in a condition to measure the pulse rate by winding around and securing on the proximal side Y1 of the finger Y and a second band 200 wound around and secured on a part closer to the distal side of the finger than the first band. The second band 200 adjusts tightening force to the finger independently of the first band 100. The second band 200 has a figure printed on the outer surface, and whether the appropriate tightening force is exerted is determined by the shape of the figure when the second band 200 is extended and secured on the finger by winding around the finger.
