<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility operation information management apparatus capable of extracting information on desired facility operation at high speed and obtaining transition data especially on the facility operation at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: In the facility operation information management apparatus for collecting and filing sampling data on a facility operating state which performs production processing having a plurality of processes with a data collection/filing means to manage them, the data collection/filing means (a data collection/filing processing flow 1 and a file configuration 2) is constituted so that the sampling data on the facility operation state to be acquired in regular cycle are filed in association with operating condition data of the facility. Only desired sampling data can easily be extracted without extracting the sampling data on all the facility operation and data necessary for obtaining the transition data of the desired facility operation can be extracted at high speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
