<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module easily suppressed in warpage. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar cell 1, there is provided a surface cover member 6 on the side of a light reception surface on which the sunlight is incident, while there is provided a back surface cover member 2 on the opposite side to the light reception surface. Between the surface cover member 6 and the back surface cover member 2, there are disposed a buffering member 7 and a blue-colored glass plate 8 on the side of the surface cover member 6. A filling material 3 is filled between the blue-colored glass plate 8 and the back surface cover member, and a solar cell body 4 is sealed in the filling material 3. To the surface cover member 6 a polyethylene terephthalate film is applied as a translucent material, and to the back surface cover member 2 a white color-based polyethylene terephthalate is applied as a material having the same quality and thickness as those of the surface cover member 6 and presenting white color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
