<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a recycled material, which has high specific gravity and is obtained at a low price, except harmful metal such as lead and mercury to replace a weight, and to provide a shape of the weight for secure fixation by only insertion into a keyboard burying hole. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the keyboard weight which consists of≥20 wt.% powder of tungsten carbide, 2 to 20 wt.% binder resin, and powder of copper, nickel, iron, etc., and other inevitable components for the rest by mixing and molding while harmful metal, such as lead and mercury, whose specific gravity is closed to or larger than lead is excluded. The weight is so shaped, whatever material is used as mentioned above, that a plurality of screw threads whose pitch angle is≥45°are provided on the outer periphery of the weight and the weight is automatically screwed in keyboard weight burying holes 2a and 2b by being pressed in. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
