<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that packet loss occurs to bring about non-communicable state when a power save state at the destination is not detected in power save of ad hock network conforming to IEEE802.11, but since secession of participation to the network is not notified clearly, state management of the partner is difficult including state detection and detection timing. <P>SOLUTION: Regardless of power save state of a partner, information notice packet (ATIM packet) is transmitted at a time receivable for all terminals prior to data transmission.
