<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner of high efficiency by maintaining the designed flow of each ventilation flue by the improvement of plugging of a dust collecting filter to ensure the movement of waste heat. <P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioner 1, the fixed type dust collecting filter 9 provided at the end face of a rotary desiccant rotor 4 so as to be located on the windward side of a first ventilation flue 3a and on the leeward side of a second ventilation flue 3b is improved in plugging by the force of ventilating air flowing in the second ventilation flue 3b after the fixed type dust collecting filter 9 captures dust in the first ventilation flue 3a.
