<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system capable of realizing high security when a portable terminal device is shared by a plurality of users, and a portable terminal device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A card type terminal 1 is provided with: a registrant information storage part 20 for storing identification information of a registrant, authentication information for authenticating the registrant, and a service utilization information decoding key for decoding service utilization information for the registrant to utilize services; a service utilization information storage part 50 for encrypting and storing service utilization information by registrant and by service: and a service function information storage part 90 for utilizing and storing the service utilization information by encrypting the service function information for implementing the service by utilizing the service utilization information.
