CYLINDRICAL FILTER AND DUST COLLECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cylindrical filter of a dust collector constituted so as to dispense with a retainer and the dust collector equipped with the filter.

SOLUTION: The cylindrical filter 10 is constituted so as to purify the exhaust gas introduced from the soot collection surface arranged in an exhaust gas introducing space 20 to discharge the purified gas from the purified gas discharge surface arranged in a purified gas discharge space 22 and equipped with filter cloth 12 having a catalyst 14 supported thereon and formed into a ventilation type cylindrical shape and fixing parts 16 for fixing the cylindrical filter cloth 12 to partition walls 18a and 18b equipped with the gas flow routes from the exhaust gas introducing space 20 to the purified gas discharge space 22 to close the gas flow routes. A porous film 26 is bonded to the inside surface of the cylindrical filter cloth 12 to set the inside surface 11a of the cylindrical filter cloth 12 as the soot collection surface and the outside surface 11b thereof is set as the purified gas discharge space 22. The cylindrical filter 10 is equipped with the dust collector.
