<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin composition for covering a metal, having peeling resistance, weather resistance and corrosion resistance superior to the conventional one, capable of being industrially produced even by an existing apparatus without difficulty, and providing excellent scratch resistance without using a surface-coating agent; and to provide a resin film using the resin composition, and a resin-covered metallic material. <P>SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based resin composition for covering the metal at least contains (A) a polyolefin-based resin, (B) a laminated inorganic material, (C) an olefinic oligomer having a polar functional group and (D) a gummy elastomer.
