摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting or analyzing nucleic acids with high reliability and reproducibility that can fractionate the target nucleic acids from the initial target nucleic acids including two or more kinds of different sequences at a rate proportional to the abundance ratios of the target nucleic acids. <P>SOLUTION: From a target nucleic acid sample including two or more kinds of base sequences individually bearing one or more different bases, the target nucleic acids are fractionated and the fractionated nucleic acid samples are detected or analyzed and comprises following steps: the step where the copy number of the initial target nucleic acid samples is obtained from the nucleic acid concentration of the initial target nucleic acid samples; and the step where more than prescribed copy number of the target nucleic acid are fractionated from the initial target nucleic acid sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
