PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet device, wherein replacement of a multi-stage cooling storage type refrigerator facilitated and the thermal resistance between a superconducting coil and a final thermal stage of the multi-stage cooling storage type refrigerator is reduced. SOLUTION: A refrigerator-attaching cylinder 30 is attached airtightly to a vacuum vessel 7, while first and second attaching thermal connection parts 33 and 35 are thermally connected to a thermal shield 5 and a superconducting coil cartridge 3. A two-stage regenerator type refrigerator 21A is attached airtightly to the refrigerator attaching cylinder 30, while first and second thermal stages 24 and 26 are thermally connected to the first and the second attaching thermal connection parts 33 and 35. Helium gas 60 is filled in between the 2-stage regenerator type refrigerator 21A and the refrigerator fitting cylinder 30 via a helium introduction pipe 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
