PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner having excellent low temperature fixing property, high durability and preferable cleaning property and transfer property, to provide a method for manufacturing the toner, and to provide an electrostatic charge image developer using an electrophotographic toner. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner contains toner particles comprising core particles containing at least a crystalline binder resin, the particles coated with a coating agent containing an amorphous polymer, and an external additive. The toner particle contains a plurality of core particles.
