PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone device for a portable mobile terminal capable of reducing the attenuation of gain in signal transmission as much as possible, increasing sensitivity, reproducing sound with noise as little as possible and being excellent in weight balance, and portable mobile terminal equipment. SOLUTION: Patch antennas 11a and 12a are planar elements where an antenna and an LNA are formed and are suitable for receiving planar polarized waves. A pair of them is provided symmetrically on the left and right of a band part 20 to be positioned at the head upper part when worn by a user. In such a manner, at the time of being on the head, a human body becomes an obstacle to shield radio waves, the gain attenuation of signals is not caused, and since they are disposed at left and right symmetrical positions, the weight balance of the headphone itself is maintained. Also, they are attached in the same reception direction, they can be used as the antenna of a diversity system, and by combining received power, the sensitivity is improved.
