PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the construction of a linear solenoid valve, which is not hardly affected by a dispersion in imposing a part. SOLUTION: The linear solenoid valve has an almost cylindrical sleeve, in which a fluid passage is formed, a spool valve sliding in the sleeve and changing the fluid passage, and a plunger arranged almost coaxially with the spool valve, brought in contact with, and arranged at the inner peripheral side of the coil, comprises a first spring brought in contact with the spool valve at one end, and a second spring brought in contact with the sleeve at one end, and is provided with a spring seat brought in contact with the other end of the second spring and the first spring.
