PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic member made of a thermoplastic polymer composition excellent in moldability in particular, and also excellent in flexibility, heat resistance, weatherability and mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The elastic member is made of the thermoplastic polymer composition that contains a hydrogenated block copolymer blend (a) comprising (a-1) a hydrogenated block copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 50,000-140,000 and obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer having two or more polymer blocks A1 based on an aromatic vinyl compound and one or more polymer blocks B1 based on a conjugated diene compound and (a-2) a hydrogenated block copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 150,000-700,000 and obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer having two or more polymer blocks A2 based on an aromatic vinyl compound and one or more polymer blocks B2 based on a conjugated diene compound with the blend ratio (mass ratio) of (a-1)/(a-2) being (99.7:0.3) to (85:15).
