PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument, a light source device and a measuring method for realizing a short measuring time, in single light source setting. SOLUTION: A plurality of color filters for transmitting selectively only a specified wavelength of light is arranged cocentrically on the same plane between a light source part of the light source device and an emission opening part thereof, only the light transmitted through the color filters is emitted toward a solid state image sensor, and sensitivity ununiformity or shading is measured individually in every picture element of the same color in the color filters formed selectively on the solid state image sensor.
