HEAT-RESISTANT RESIN PASTE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

Disclosed is a heat-resistant resin paste which is excellent in adhesiveness, heat resistance and flexibility and enables to form a precision pattern. This heat-resistant resin paste also enables to shorten the production time. Also disclosed is a method for producing such a heat-resistant resin paste. The heat-resistant resin paste is characterized by containing a first organic solvent (A1), a second organic solvent (A2) containing lactones, a heat-resistant resin (B) which is soluble in an organic solvent mixture of (A1) and (A2), and a heat-resistant resin filler (C) which is soluble in (A1) but not soluble in (A2). The heat-resistant resin paste is further characterized in that (C) is dispersed in a solution containing (A1), (A2) and (B).
