<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily producing SAPO (silico-alumina phosphate)-34 particularly suitable for a catalyst or its component used for the conversion reaction of at least one of methanol and dimethyl ether into an olefin-containing gas including olefins composed mainly of propylene. <P>SOLUTION: This production method for SAPO-34 comprises hydrothermally treating a reactive mixture including sodium silicate, pseudo-boehmite, phosphoric acid, tetraethylammonium hydroxide and/or tetraethylammonium salt, triethylamine and water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
