<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector cycle having a plurality of evaporators capable of reducing a refrigerant passing sound with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The ejector cycle is provided with a by-pass passage B for leading a refrigerant to a part between the second evaporator 6 and an inflow port 3b from a refrigerant stream upstream part rather than a throttle means 5 or from a refrigerant flow downstream part rather than the third evaporator 8. Consequently, even if the throttle means 5 is closed to intercept the flow of the refrigerant flowing into the inflow port 3b from the second evaporator 6, the refrigerant is supplied to the inflow port 3b from the by-pass passage B to ensure the suction side flow. Vortex loss at an outlet of a nozzle part 3a is thereby suppressed to reduce the occurrence of the refrigerant passing sound. With this constitution of by-passing the second evaporator, the performance of the first evaporator is hardly affected. Furthermore, since the by-pass passage B is of simple constitution of only short-circuiting a refrigerant passage, the cost of a refrigerating apparatus can be cut down. The reduction of refrigerant passing sound permits the installation of an ejector inside a room, a cabin, or the like in harsh sound environment to improve the degree of installation freedom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
