<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to perform a closure releasing procedure without visiting the counter of a financial institute. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic transaction device 10 is connected to a management device 40 for executing transaction by carrying out personal identification of a customer, and configured to receive a transaction stop instruction from the identified customer, and to register the stop of transaction by a transaction card in the account of the customer in the management device.
