摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize driving vibration of an oscillator to the utmost, even when a detection axis for an angular velocity is in parallel to a horizontal plane, in mounting structure for a vibration type angular velocity sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In this mounting structure mounted, on a mount base plate 200 of a base material, with the angular velocity sensor 100 wherein the oscillator 20 is drive-vibrated along an x-direction, and wherein the angular velocity &Omega; is detected based on the vibration of the oscillator 20 along a y-direction orthogonal to the x-direction, when the angular velocity &Omega; is impressed under the driving vibration, the detection axis z of a rotation axis for the angular velocity orthogonal to the x-direction and the y-direction is in parallel to an xz-plane of the horizontal plane, and the x-direction drivingly vibrated by the oscillator 20 is in parallel to the xz-plane of the horizontal plane, and is orthogonal to the detection axis z. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
