<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control functions of various devices by means of a terminal possessed by a user as if they are realized on operation panels attached to the various devices. <P>SOLUTION: A control demand part 12 transmits a terminal message M3 including coordinate information about a screen and an identifier of own terminal for demanding control. A display control part 13 displays a search category consisting of control items, a provided function of another device, and an event matching a display mode based on event detail information D1 on a screen. When the displayed event is carried out, a control request processing part 14 transmits a control request message M4 to another device. In receipt of the terminal message M3, a control demand response processing part 22 manages a terminal operating the own device according to the identifier and allocates a controllable event to a user input for generating the event detail information D1 and transmitting it to the relative position of the coordinate recognized from the coordinate information.
