<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely collect a crystal sheet by preventing the crystal sheet formed on a substrate from falling, and to provide a method for producing a thin crystal sheet which is excellent in flatness in large quantities at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the crystal sheet, the crystal sheet is manufactured by bringing one side or both sides of a major surface of a cooled substrate into contact with a melt of a sheet material and forming crystal of the sheet material on the substrate. The sheet material comprises a metallic material and/or a semiconductor material, the substrate has a matrix formed of a sheet material and a film covering a part or an entire surface of the matrix, and the film is formed of a material which is different from the sheet material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
