PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stable a DC level of an output of a switch in a high frequency transceiver device having the switch for breaking an intermediate frequency signal in a pulse modulation method.

SOLUTION: The high frequency transceiver device by a pulse modulation method includes a switch 7 for switching alternately to a first system S1 connected to an output end 6a of a mixer 6 for generating an intermediate frequency signal to a rear stage and a second system S2, to which a resistor 11 as a terminating circuit for terminating the intermediate frequency signal is connected, and an AC coupling capacitor 12 connected in serial between the output end 6a of the mixer 6 and an input edge 7a of the switch 7. A DC factor of an output from the mixer 6 is broken by the AC coupling capacitor 12 so that the DC level of the input edge 7a of the switch 7 becomes stable, and thereby the DC level of the output of the switch 7 to the first system S1 can be made stable.
