PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent suction of mud or the like by an aircleaner while securing a relatively large space forwardly of a seat in an under born type saddle riding type vehicle having a depressed part forwardly of the seat. SOLUTION: The aircleaner 34 is arranged rearwardly on a cylinder 25 of an engine 15. The aircleaner 34 is provided with a longitudinal cleaner case 35 and a lid 36 for covering an upper side of the cleaner case 35. An intake pipe 47 is provided on the rear side of the lid 36. The intake pipe 47 is arranged in a space covered with the seat 11 and a forwardly tilting part of a seat front cover 12 and is opened rearwardly, slantly and upwardly.
