PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a notifying form at an incoming call in accordance with the status or the like of communication with an originator. SOLUTION: When a control unit 13 detects signals notifying a call-in at its receiving end, the telephone number of a sending end is extracted out from signals sent from a base station following the detected signals. The control unit 13 reads out the corresponding image of an originator corresponding to the extracted telephone number from a storage 14, and originator personal information corresponding to the telephone number is read out from a data base stored in a database unit 15. The control unit 13 adds effects based on the read-out originator personal information to a read-out voice and image corresponding to the originator so as to create a ringer tone and a calling image.
