PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity measuring recording device for measuring and recording physical quantities of the articles nearby and the like, during transportation and storage, and to provide a physical quantity variation history recording system. SOLUTION: The physical quantity variation history recording system 10 is a system for recording the state (history of variation in physical quantity around goods 12) of goods 12 stored in a transport vehicle, a warehouse, etc. and includes a physical quantity measuring recording device 14, enveloped or attached to the goods 12 and an administration device 16 for administering the physical quantity measuring recording device 14. Here, the physical quantity variation around the goods 12 means, for example, shock (impulse) and temperature variations added to the goods 12, irradiated light quantity, wind velocity, water velocity, etc. The physical quantity measuring recording device 14 comprises a power generation means (for example, piezo-electric element and thermocouple, photovoltaic element, etc.) generating electromotive force when sensing the variation of physical quantity, and an IC tag for recording the magnitude of the physical quantity (electromotive force) by electric power supplied from a power generation means.
