PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable delay circuit that has no non-operable voltage zone in a differential control voltage, and is secured in stable operations of a voltage control delay circuit and a voltage control oscillation circuit or the like when the variable delay circuit is used in these circuits. SOLUTION: A transistor T12 is provided in which a drain is connected to the drain of a transistor T3, a source is connected to the source of the transistor T3, and a gate is connected to an inverse control voltage input terminal 5. Preferably, further, the mutual conduction of the transistors T4-T6 of the differential circuit 11 for positive feedback is made smaller than the transistors T1-T3 of the differential circuit 16 at an initial stage.
