PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of making electron emission characteristics of many electron emission elements uniform and displaying good images. SOLUTION: Many electron emission elements 16 and wiring are formed on a back substrate of a display panel. A plurality spacers are arranged between a front substrate having a fluorescent material layer and the back substrate.
