PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vacuum circuit breaker, with which the creepage distance for insulation among phases can be easily secured, by decreasing dust accumulation to an insulating frame for housing and holding a vacuum valve. SOLUTION: In this vacuum circuit breaker holding the vacuum valve 1 for three phases to the insulating frame 2 with a predetermined interval and with parallel axis lines and making a fixed side terminal 3 and a movable side terminal 5 which are connected to both ends of the vacuum valve 1 to be passed through the insulating frame 2 to be introduced to outside, the insulating frame 2 is, at around the axis line of each vacuum valve 1, formed by connecting and integrally forming three breaking part housing parts 2a, which are formed by leaving the opposite sides of the lead-out side of both the terminals as open ends and surrounding the other sides by insulation walls generally into a U shape, with each other, and it has a generally U-shaped groove 2b along the connection part of both of the breaking part housing parts 2a at the lead-out sides of both the terminals of the insulating frame 2.
