PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium such as a DVD from which special reproduction such as search reproduction or jump reproduction can be performed without any troubles, and to provided a recording device and a reproducing device. SOLUTION: The information recording medium includes: a plurality of first information pieces to be reproduced temporally continuously by a reproducing means; a plurality of second information pieces collected to constitute the first information piece and continuously positioned on the information recording medium; a plurality of third information pieces collected to constitute the second information piece and independently reproduced and becoming jump reproduction units for a jump reproduction control means; related information pieces included in the third information pieces and related to the reproduction order and reproduction method of the second information pieces continuously reproduced by the reproduction means; and reproduction control information pieces referred to by a reproduction control means and including reproduction control information pieces regarding the reproduction order and reproduction method of the plurality of first information pieces, wherein the related information piece includes jump reproduction method selection information piece for selecting one of a plurality of jump reproduction methods during jump reproduction.
