PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a minute circuit layout and high-quality display in an electro-optical device. SOLUTION: A signal is transferred to a shift register, a precharge circuit, and a circuit for data in order. A transfer signal generated by the shift register or a precharge timing signal is inputted to the precharge circuit, and the precharge circuit outputs the inputted signal as a timing signal.
