PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary penetration steel pipe pile having excellent penetrativeness during installation and capable of reducing or eliminating the advancement of sediment in a pile body. SOLUTION: This rotary penetration steel pipe pile 1 with a blade comprises a steel pipe 2 having a mounting part 3 formed by roughly spirally cutting its tip part and two or three sector-shaped flat sheets having a radius of approximately 1.2 to 3 times that of the steel pipe 2 and so formed that the total sum of its internal angles is approximately equal to or less than 360°. These sector-shaped flat sheets 11a and 11b are joined to the mounting part 3 of the steel pipe 2 so as to form the roughly spiral blade 10 by bringing the inner end edges 6 thereof adjacent to each other into contact with each other. Side face opening parts 8 leading sediment advanced into the steel pipe 2 to the outside of the steel pipe are formed in the steel pipe 2 near the tip parts of the sector-shaped flat sheets 11a and 11b in the rotating direction.
