PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic for the lip such as a stick-shaped lipstick, exhibiting good gloss, excellent dispersion of a pigment and excellent coating feeling when coated on the lip, and hardly causing bleeding with time. SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic for the lip contains 0.5-40 wt.% liquid diester oil constituted of a 3-10C hydroxydicarboxylic acid such as malic acid, and a 20-30C branched alcohol such as 2-octyldodecanol, and a pigment. It is preferable that an ethylene-dimethylsiloxane copolymer wax or a polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone is contained therein besides them because bleeding-preventing effects are improved.
