PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a discharge frame stably slidably in a paper carrying direction. SOLUTION: The discharge frame 36 supporting a first discharge driven roller 24 and a second discharge driven roller 26 is installed slidably in the paper carrying direction so that they can take a contact position where the first discharge driven roller 24 and the second discharge driven roller 26 are brought into contact with a first discharge drive roller 23 and a second discharge drive roller 25 and a separate position where these rollers are separated from these both rollers. A plurality of latch levers 70 pressing the discharge frame 36 toward the contact position by acting an energizing force on the symmetrical position of the discharge frame 36 with respect to its longitudinal center are installed on the tray guide 40.
