PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapping oil coating apparatus which is simple, saves labor for coating work and can prevent the dripping of oil. SOLUTION: When a tap A is inserted from a tap insert port 14 of a housing 10, a primary side moving member 20 in the housing 10 is moved by being linked with the insert action to rock a link member 30, and a secondary side member 40 is moved by the rocking of the link member 30 to enter into the inside of a housing oil filling vessel 50. The inside space of the housing oil filling vessel 50 is reduced by the entering of the secondary side member 40 and the excess tapping oil corresponding to the reduced space is discharged outside from an oil coating pipe 60 and the discharged oil is applied onto the tap A.
