PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incense burner structure which has an incense stick holder having a simple structure and no possibility of causing a fire and an incense burner without requiring ash or glass balls for installing the incense stick holder. SOLUTION: This incense burner structure comprises the incense burner consisting of a plate body and having a recess part in an approximately central part of the plate body, and the incense stick holder consisting of a solid body detachably fitted in the recess part of the plate body and having a plurality of incense stick retaining parts in the solid body, and the plurality of incense retaining parts communicates with the recess part of the plate body.
