PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic sebum removal sheet excellent both in the sebum absorbency and perspiration absorbency, and in the softness, touch, and transparency after absorbing sebum (high visual recognizability), capable of sufficiently satisfying a user even if the cosmetic sebum removal sheet can be manufactured by a conventional method such as beating base paper only by a foil beating machine. SOLUTION: This cosmetic sebum removal sheet is characterized by at least one chemical compound selected from the group consisting of a nonionic surfactant with 7-17 HLB value, oleic acid and oleyl alcohol carried on a part or the whole of at least either one surface of a thin paper sheet.
